ANALYSIS
After spending all of 2012 at Triple-A, Troncoso returned to the majors last season and posted a 4.50 ERA, a 1.53 WHIP and a 5.4 K/9 in 29 appearances (30 innings) out of the White Sox bullpen. He'll have to prove himself all over again with a new club, and Troncoso doesn't have the stuff to pitch in the later innings, but the right-hander could eventually work himself into a middle-relief role with the Royals.
