ANALYSIS
Keating rose up draft boards this past season as he filled out his 6-foot-3 frame. His loose arm action helps him regularly hit the upper 80s and low 90s with his fastball, with some scouts clocking the pitch at 94 mph at some points over the spring. The Florida prep product pairs that with a breaking ball with tons of break and a changeup with some fade, although the breaking ball is certainly the more highly-regarded of the two secondary offerings. Better yet, Keating is able to throw all of his offerings for strikes when he needs to.
