Analysis
Stephan was an integral piece in the Cleveland bullpen from 2021 through 2023, but he's struggled to bounce back from his March 2024 UCL reconstruction surgery. After missing the entire 2024 season, Stephan began the season on the 60-day injured list and was activated July 30 when his rehab assignment came to an end and was subsequently optioned to Columbus. Since then, Stephan has tossed three scoreless innings over three appearances, but he's walked three hitters and also has hit a batter during that stretch.
