Kelley has earned a save in both of his Cactus League appearances this spring.
Kelley has some long-term upside as a reliever, but he's nowhere near major-league ready, so he shouldn't be on your fantasy radar for the 2013 season. Spring-training saves usually don't mean much, as many teams reserve the final few innings of games for the players least likely to earn spots on the 25-man roster. Look for Kelley to start this season with High-A Inland Empire. He posted a 1.20 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 20:7 K:BB in 15 innings at the High-A level last season.
