Lamb agreed to a contract Sunday with the New Zealand Breakers of Australia's National Basketball League,
Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
ANALYSIS
Lamb spent most of the 2022-23 season on a two-way deal for the Warriors before Golden State converted him to a standard NBA contract in March. He finished with averages of 6.7 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.2 three-pointers in 19.2 minutes per contest over 62 appearances, but the Warriors opted to let him walk in free agency this summer rather than extending him a qualifying offer. With Lamb not finding any offers to his liking from other teams in free agency, Lamb will head overseas, though his deal with the Breakers includes an NBA opt-out clause that will allow him to return to North America if an opportunity arises.
