Brackins played in Italy last year for Biella, averaging 12.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.5 three-pointers in 30 minutes per game. He's a stretch power forward but has been unable to develop his three-point shot well enough to make his way back to the NBA, and with him shooting just 31 percent from beyond the arc in Europe last season, it appears he still has a ways to go before NBA teams would bother taking a hard look at him again.
