Sarr finished the past season as a two-way player for the Cavaliers, but he's been available on the open market for more than three weeks after Cleveland declined to tender him a qualifying offer June 29, per John Schuhmann of NBA.com. Though he was two-way eligible for one final season in 2026-27, the 27-year-old center will instead continue his career overseas on what's likely a more lucrative contract than what he would have netted from an NBA team. Since entering the professional ranks as an undrafted rookie out of Kentucky in 2021, Sarr has averaged 4.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, 0.6 blocks and 0.6 assists in 13.4 minutes across 50 appearances at the NBA level with the Thunder and Cavaliers.
