Max Papis Racing to announced its presence in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series, fielding the No. 99 racecar for the 2014 season, Max Papis Racing PR reports.
Papis' opportunities to race in NASCAR's top three divisions are becoming fewer, but that's not stopping him from remaining active in the sport. The Whelen Euro Series is relatively new and Papis will take his experience and knowledge there to see what he can accomplish. Becoming a team owner will allow him groom European racing talent that could one day come to America and compete in NASCAR's higher divisions.
