NASCAR announced that they have reinstated Gragson after violating the personal conduct policy in early August,
Bob Pockrass of Fox Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
Gragson has already been released by Legacy Motor Club and will not drive the No. 42 Chevrolet in the Cup Series for the rest of the season. Gragson is not expected to drive in a NASCAR sanctioned event for the rest of this season, but this does open the door for a return to one of the top three series in 2024. Gragson is still a young driver that has proven his talent, specifically in the Xfinity Series during his time with JR Motorsports.
