1. Eligibility

The RotoWire Bracket Challenge is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Employees and contractors of Gambling.com Group Limited and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries (including GDC America Inc., GDC Media Limited, and GDC Malta Limited (collectively, together with any future subsidiaries, the “GDC Entities”)), distributors, sales representatives, and all other service agencies involved with the Giveaway and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win.

3. Timing

Entry to Contest begins on March 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on March 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, go to https://www.rotowire.com/bracketchallenge during the Giveaway Entry Period and register by providing your email address and completing RotoWire's NCAA Bracket on Yahoo.com. Once you register and complete your bracket, you will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Giveaway.

5. Winner Determination and Odds

On or about April 10, 2025, the Sponsor will select one (1) entry for the grand prize described below, winner will be determined by best performing bracket entry. In the event of a tie a winner will be selected at random between the winning brackets. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided with entry and may be awarded the prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. Verification of Potential Winner

POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNER, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY.

7. Grand Prize

8. Entry Conditions and Release

Each entrant agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s agreement and consent for Sponsor to use their name, city, and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in case of fraud, technical difficulties, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention affecting the Giveaway.

12. Disputes

All disputes shall be resolved individually in the courts of New York.

13. Giveaway Results

To obtain the prize winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: GDC America, Inc., 514 N. Franklin Street, Suite 201, Tampa, Florida, 33602, Attn: RotoWire Bracket Challenge. Requests must be received within 60 days of the end of the Giveaway Entry Period.
