Coach Steve Prohm admitted Monday that Jackson has battled migraines for much of the past week, Tommy Birch of the Des Moines Register reports.

Jackson missed a Jan. 24 contest to be with his family following the loss of his father, so nobody can blame him if basketball is not the top priority at the moment. Since returning, Jackson is 9-for-29 from the field, but does have six three-point baskets made. Between the loss and the migraines, it's been an incredibly difficult week for the senior, but it doesn't sound like this is an issue that should limit him during the Big 12 conference tournament opener Wednesday against Texas.
