Preston (suspension) has left the Kansas program and agreed to a contract Friday with BC Igokea, a professional team located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jeff Borzello of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Preston had yet to make his collegiate debut for the Jayhawks after the the school was investigating how the 6-foot-9 freshman obtained the car he was driving during an accident in early November. He was expected to team with Udoka Azubuike to former a potent frontcourt for Kansas, but Preston and his family got tired of waiting for the investigation to proceed. Preston will spend the rest of the season in Europe as he prepares for the 2018 NBA Draft.
