Payton Pritchard

GuardG
Makes consensus All-American team
GOregon
March 25, 2020
Pritchard was selected as a member of the consensus All-American first team, Mike Decourcy of Sporting News reports.
ANALYSIS
Pritchard is the first player from Oregon to hold this honor since 1940. The 6-2 guard had productive sophomore and junior seasons, but he took his game to a new level as a senior. Pritchard put up 20.5 points, 5.5 assists, 4.3 rebounds, 2.8 three-pointers, and 1.5 steals per game during the 2019-20 campaign, while also shooting career highs from the field (47.8%) and from three-point range (41.5%). The Pac-12 Player of the Year will leave quite the void to be filled next season for coach Dana Altman.
