Kountz announced Friday via his personal Twitter account that he'll transfer from Colorado.
ANALYSIS
Kountz's role didn't change much during his sophomore season in Boulder, and he fell even further out of the rotation beginning in February, averaging just 4.7 minutes in the Buffaloes' final 11 games. As a result, he will head elsewhere for his final two seasons of eligibility. Kountz will likely have to sit out the 2020-21 season unless he's granted a waiver from the NCAA.
