Miles Norris
Changes plans, going JUCO route

Norris told Jeff Goodman of last week that he won't transfer to UC Santa Barbara and has instead enrolled at City College of San Francisco.
The 6-foot-10 big man initially signed with Oregon as a heralded recruit from the Class of 2018, but left the program after averaging 3.3 points and 1.9 rebounds in 10.5 minutes per game over 27 appearances. Though he initially planned to reboot his collegiate career in Santa Barbara, he'll instead head to a JUCO program, where he won't be forced to sit out the upcoming campaign due to NCAA transfer rules. Look for Norris to resurface in the Division I ranks in 2020-21, at which point he would have two years of eligibility left.
