Agbaji put in 13 points (5-5 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, and a block in a 87-53 win over Northeastern on Thursday.
This 13-point performance was Agbaji's highest scoring total since a 20 point outing on Feb. 11. He has struggled to find the production he showed in early February when he was averaging 16.6 PPG and 7.6 RPG. Over Agbaji's last four he is only averaging 7.3 PPG and 4.3 RPG in 22.3 MPG. With Dedric Lawson and Devon Dotson both showing consistent abilities to score, a third option with the athleticism possessed by the 6-5 guard is paramount to success in this tournament. Kansas will take on Auburn on Saturday night.
