Council announced Tuesday via his personal Twitter account that he has declared for the 2023 NBA Draft while maintaining his eligibility.
ANALYSIS
Council will receive feedback from the NBA's Undergraduate Advisory Committee before deciding whether to make the leap to the professional ranks or return to college for a fourth season in 2023-24. After spending his first two seasons at Wichita State, Council transferred to Arkansas last offseason and finished as the Razorbacks' leading scorer as a junior. In addition to averaging 16.1 points per contest, Council averaged 3.6 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.9 three-pointers across 34.1 minutes.
