Staying in Tallahassee
Florida State announced Wednesday that Ngom intends to remain with the Seminoles for the 2021-22 season, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
ANALYSIS
After three years at Canadian college Ryerson University, Ngom made the jump to the United States and the Division I ranks for the 2020-21 season. The 7-foot-2 center appeared in 23 games for the Seminoles, averaging 2.4 points and 1.7 rebounds in 6.5 minutes. He'll take advantage of the NCAA granting all players an extra year of eligibility due to the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing him to stick around in Tallahassee for his fifth season of college basketball.
