Cummings has been ruled out for Monday's game against Eastern Michigan due to a lower body injury, and he's considered day-to-day, Abby Schnable of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
ANALYSIS
Cummings had started each of Pitt's first two games, averaging 18.5 points, 2.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals across 32 minutes. However, the sophomore will be sidelined for Monday's matchup due to what appears to be a minor lower body injury. With Cummings out, Nojus Indrusaitis and Barry Dunning could see more minutes while Macari Moore could jump into the rotation.
