Murphy his 2022-23 campaign by logging season highs in points and minutes played. The 6-foot-4 senior, who had a moderate role off the bench for much of the year, saw a distinct increase in playing time down the stretch, averaging 28.7 minutes per game across the final six contests. Murphy also cashed in by shooting 61.3 percent from the field en route to 15.2 points per game across these contests. Air Force ultimately finished the season 14-17, and the Falcons are now set to face UNLV on Wednesday in the first round of the Mountain West Conference Tournament.
