Chad Lott

Lott opened his college career at Rice in 2015-16 and spent two seasons in Houston before joining Howard, where he was eligible for the first time this season past campaign after sitting out 2017-18 in accordance with NCAA transfer regulations. The 6-foot-4 guard proved to be a key piece for Howard, averaging 14.3 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 30 contests. Lott will be eligible immediately for the Jaguars and could gain an additional year of eligibility if the NCAA grants him a waiver pertaining to the medical redshirt he took during his first year at Rice. He's expected to challenge for playing time at point guard right away, with returning senior Herb McGee and incoming freshman Tyreke Locure representing his top competition.
