Leaves Buffalo, facing charges
Robinson, who left the Buffalo basketball program earlier this season, was arrested Dec. 19 in Ruston, La. on kidnapping and assault charges, Rachel Lenzi of The Buffalo News reports.
ANALYSIS
Robinson, a freshman guard, made one 10-appearance for the Bulls in a Dec. 6 loss to Bowling Green before leaving the team shortly thereafter due to a personal matter. Shortly after returning to his home state of Louisiana, Robinson was arrested on three felony charges related to an alleged battery of a juvenile ex-girlfriend. Robinson is first scheduled to appear in court Jan. 19, and if found guilty of the charges, his college basketball career would likely be over.
