As expected Metu announced Thursday that he will forgo his senior season at USC and enter the NBA draft.
ANALYSIS
Considering Metu skipped the NIT to remain healthy for the draft, his declaration was essentially a foregone conclusion. He averaged 15.7 points, 7.4 rebounds, 1.7 blocks and 1.6 assists per game during his junior campaign, doing most of his damage down low with his athleticism. The big man needs to develop a more consistent shot, but Metu projects to land anywhere from a mid-first or early-second round pick.
