ANALYSIS
El-Amin previously entered the transfer portal last offseason, only to stick around at Ball State after a thorough evaluation of his options. He'll officially end his time with the Cardinals this time around, landing at a Rhode Island program that should benefit from the experience he brings to the backcourt. He started in all 23 of his appearances for Ball State as a fourth-year senior in 2020-21, averaging a career-high 16.2 points to go with 3.0 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 2.3 three-pointers and 1.3 steals in 33.6 minutes per game.
