Williams spent two years playing JUCO ball before heading to Tennessee-Martin. In his first season with the program, the junior started 22 of 24 games, registering 10.3 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 0.8 steals over 27.0 minutes per game. He's decided to explore outside options again and will retain two years of eligibility if he chooses to move on, though he may need to obtain a waiver from the NCAA if he wants to compete during the 2021-22 season.
