While the NCAA's new rules to allow players to hire agents without relinquishing their eligibility has added a new level of uncertainly in players' decisions, Hands has made it clear that he does not plan on returning to the collegiate level. That will bring the point guard's time at UCLA to an end after two seasons of leading the offense, which culminated last year of averages of 14.2 points, 3.7 assists and 6.1 assists in 31.2 minutes of game time.
