ANALYSIS
Porter's freshman season was hampered by quad and ankle injuries, that when combined with a mid-season suspension, caused him to miss a total of 12 games. In the contests he did appear in, he averaged 9.5 points and 4.0 assists, making four starts throughout the year as well. His difficulty of producing in his limited time as well as his injury concerns put a damper on his prospect outlook that was high coming out of high school, but his athleticism and scoring potential still bode well for the NBA.
