Thomas arrives at Cal Baptist after four seasons -- one in which he redshirted -- at St. Mary's. As a redshirt junior in 2019-20, Thomas struggled to see the court, averaging just 6.0 minutes per game over 23 appearances. The 6-foot-5 guard should have a better chance to see consistent playing time in his final year of eligibility while moving from the West Coast conference to the Western Athletic Conference.
