Moving on from Austin Peay
Gee entered the transfer portal Monday and is expected to leave Austin Peay as a graduate transfer ahead of the 2021-22 season, Travis Branham of 247Sports.com reports.

Gee plans to take advantage of the NCAA granting an extra year of eligibility to all players due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the 2020-21 season, so he'll be sticking around in college for a sixth year in 2021-22 albeit at a different school. After spending the first three seasons of his career at Alabama State, Gee joined Austin Peay in 2019-20 and proceeded to appear in 28 games during his two years with the Governors. As a redshirt senior this season, Gee averaged 9.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 triples in 23.0 minutes per game.
