Looking to graduate and transfer
Townes entered the NCAA's transfer portal Tuesday and intends to move on from Bryant as a graduate transfer, VerbalCommits.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Townes will be able to compete right away at his next stop for what will be his final season of eligibility. Health issues limited him to only 10 appearances in 2019-20, but he'll apparently be able to qualify for a redshirt as a result. As a junior in 2018-19, Townes was one of Bryant's top players, averaging 15.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 29.1 minutes.
