Baker's father, Kevin, announced Sunday via his personal Twitter account that his son has committed to Division II Angelo State as a transfer from McNeese State.
ANALYSIS
Since he's moving outside of the Division I ranks, Baker is eligible to compete immediately for Angelo State in his final year of eligibility. As a redshirt junior at McNeese State in 2019-20, Baker appeared in 32 games (two starts) and averaged 4.7 points, 1.3 three-pointers and 1.2 rebounds in 14.4 minutes per contest.
