Transferring from Wisconsin
Currie announced his intention to transfer from Wisconsin on Tuesday, Jim Polzin of the Wisconsin State Journal reports.
ANALYSIS
Currie didn't appear in any games as a true freshman in 2018-19 after electing to take a redshirt. Rather than sitting out another season, Polzin notes that Currie will head to Mott Community College in Michigan for the upcoming season before presumably attempting to return to the Division I level in 2020-21. Currie's departure leaves the Badgers with four open scholarships ahead of the upcoming season.
