Fully cleared from Achilles injury
FHouston
July 1, 2024
Arceneaux (Achilles) has been fully cleared for all basketball-related activities, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
ANALYSIS
Arceneaux tore an Achilles back in December, a costly injury that rendered him out for the remainder of Houston's 2023-24 season. He targeted the end of June for his potential return to basketball activities. Only one day into July, the aforementioned objective has come to fruition, giving Arceneaux at least four months of preparation before Houston's 2024-25 season begins. So now, the junior's next objective is improving from a sophomore campaign that had him average 5.5 points and 4.5 rebounds.
