Saine has committed to Weber State, Wyatt Wheeler of the Springfield News-Leader reports.
ANALYSIS
Saine, who spent the last three seasons with Division II program Western Washington, is moving up to Division 1 by joining Weber State. He started 21 of 23 games last season and averaged 17.3 points, 4.0 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 32.9 minutes per game. The five-foot-10-inch guard is undersized but he made up for it by shooting 41.1 percent from three and 89.4 percent from the free throw line over the last two seasons.
