Three grabs in Division Final win
WRHamilton
December 7, 2021
Banks secured all three targets for 63 yards during the Tiger-Cats' 27-19 win over the Argonauts in the East Division Final on Sunday afternoon.
ANALYSIS
Banks had a relatively modest role overall, but he did check in second only to Jaelon Acklin in receiving yardage on the Tiger-Cats. The speedy veteran had a much more subdued regular campaign than usual, posting a 44-474-2 line (70 targets) across 10 games while adding 64 rushing yards and another 179 on returns. Despite the atypically modest numbers, Banks, who posted a 5-58-1 line in the East Semi-Final win over the Alouettes, certainly has the upside to play a major role in Sunday's Grey Cup clash versus the Blue Bombers.
