ANALYSIS
Carter has played in six CFL season for four different teams, the last of which came in 2019. He was a receiver for his whole career up to this point and was quite a good one at times, crossing the 900-yard mark on four occasions and making a pair of All-Star games. He won't have any fantasy value this season unless he moves back to the offensive side of the ball, however.
