The 6-foot-1, 201-pound wideout will embark on his first stint in the CFL after he spent time in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans over his first three seasons since turning professional in 2020. Lipscomb never made his NFL debut, but he was a prolific receiver during his four-year college career at Vanderbilt, totaling 198 receptions for 2,356 yards and 22 touchdowns over 45 games.
