Thomas signed a contract with the Elks on Tuesday, 3DownNation.com reports.

ANALYSIS
Thomas was previously under contract with the Elks in 2020, though he never played for the team after that season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 27-year-old running back was formally released by the Elks in June 2021 and hasn't played in any major football league since concluding his collegiate career at UNLV in 2018.
