The Argonauts placed Baker on the suspended list Tuesday after the wide receiver elected to return to the University of Saskatchewan for the 2021 season.

Toronto will retain the receiver's rights after selecting him in the sixth round of the 2020 CFL Draft. He could look to begin his professional career in 2022.
