Ah'Marion Gaines-Smith Injury: Out for Week 0

Gaines-Smith (undisclosed) is out against Western Kentucky in Week 0, per the Conference USA injury report.

It's unclear what's keeping Gaines-Smith out, but the JUCO transfer will have to wait until at least Week 1 in hopes of seeing the field. The tailback's inclusion on the conference's new injury report could indicate that he was expected to see some carries, although with plenty of players ahead of him on the depth chart including Elijah Green, Landan Brown and Jerrian Parke, that's unclear as well.
