Chiles completed 22 of 29 passes for 270 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 41-24 victory versus Youngstown State. He also had eight rushes for 76 yards.
Chiles found the end zone for thhe sixth time this season through the air, connecting with tight end Michael Masunas on a 28-yard touchdown strike in the third quarter, extending the Michigan State lead to 21 points at the time. Though the 6-foot-3 junior totaled just one score on the day, 76 yards on the ground paved the way for yet another productive outing. A tougher matchup against USC awaits on Saturday.
