Alex Honig News: Projected as starter

Honig is listed as a starter for the Huskies' upcoming game Saturday against Central Connecticut State, Joe Arruda of the Hartford Courant reports.

Surprisingly, the Huskies list Honig over Louis Hansen, whose 2024 UConn stats include 24 receptions for 236 yards and four touchdowns. Honig is no slouch though, with 59 receiving yards from six receptions, half of them being touchdown catches.
