Alex Orji News: Will split QB time in Week 0

Orji and Anthony Colandrea will split time at quarterback Saturday against Idaho State, Pete Nakos of On3.com reports.

During the fall, Orji and Colandrea competed to be UNLV's starting quarterback before Week 0. Under a week before it, head coach Dan Mullen believes there is not enough separation between the two QBs to name a clear-cut starter, so their HC will use both. Orji's 2024 stats, for Michigan, include 419 all-purpose yards and four touchdowns.
