Antwan Raymond News: Records first TD in narrow win

Raymond tallied 14 carries for 88 yards and one touchdown during Thursday's 34-31 victory versus Ohio.

The Scarlet Knights came in hot out of the gate, beginning with a 12-play drive capped by Raymond's 14-yard touchdown run. Raymond was the presumed starter this season after he started in last year's ate Bowl in place of Kyle Monangai, who chose to sit out. The sophomore wasn't the only running back to excel, as CJ Campbell carried the ball 10 times for 70 yards. Since Saturday's win was a narrow one, a committee approach in the backfield could be the new normal for Rutgers.
