Ashton Daniels News: Will start vs. Vandy

Daniels will get his second straight start against Vanderbilt on Saturday, per Nathan King of 247Sports.com.

Daniels struggled in his first start of the season last week against Kentucky, tossing for 108 yards and an interception on 46.4 percent completion, also picking up 48 yards rushing. It doesn't get any easier against Vanderbilt, one of the SEC's top teams in 2025. Still, interim head coach DJ Durkin has elected to stick with Daniels at gunslinger, at least for one more game.
