Blake Baker News: Steps in as starter

Baker went 8-for-16 for 182 yards and a touchdown against NMSU on Saturday. He also ran 15 times for 103 yards and a score.

Baker got a little playing time against LSU last week and apparently did enough to get a shot as the primary signal caller. He offered more big-play potential than Trey Kukuk, and he also clearly did quite a bit of damage on the ground.
