Brady Simmons News: Deemed Week 1 starter

Simmons is listed as a starter on Miami (OH)'s initial two-deep, per Mike Bainbridge of Athlon Sports.

Simmons transferred to the RedHawks from Indiana, where he caught one pass for six yards last fall. Now, he's seemingly earned a much bigger opportunity, and should be a critical cog in Miami's passing attack this fall. He'll also get to catch passes from the talented gunslinger Dequan Finn.
