Bryce Underwood News: Trending toward starting job

Underwood is trending to be the starting quarterback for Michigan, Pete Nakos of On3 Sports reports.

Underwood has yet to be named the starter for the Wolverines, but he's moving in the right direction with a little over two weeks until the team's season opener. The true freshman is competing with transfer quarterbacks Mikey Keene and Jake Garcia for the QB1 role. Head coach Sherrone Moore will likely name the starter in the coming weeks if not this week.
