Carter Smith News: Unlikely to start but may be in mix

Smith is unlikely to start Saturday's game against Washington but may be in the mix for quarterback snaps then, 247Sports.com reports.

It looks like Wisconsin will revert to starting Danny O'Neil under center. On the plus side for Smith, it looks like he can be packaged into some pass plays come Week 11, which is the case with Billy Edwards (knee) potentially looking unavailable again and Hunter Simmons not being as favored as before.
