CJ Carr News: Second best outing

Carr threw for 342 yards on completing 19-of-31 pass attempts and two touchdowns in the 36-7 win over North Carolina State on Saturday.

The redshirt freshman had a big game two weeks ago against Arkansas with 354 yards in completing 22-of-30 pass attempts and four touchdowns. Carr continues to show why Notre Dame went with him this season. He'll take on USC on Oct. 18. He could have a great chance for putting up some good numbers against the Trojans whose pass defense is in the bottom quarter of the country.
